Coffee Returns Policy
Kinster Coffee accepts returns only for damaged glass bottles. To qualify, provide photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. This policy applies to packaging damage or product breakage during transit.
No Returns for Opened Coffee
Opened coffee powder cannot be returned. Once the seal is broken, all sales are final for hygiene and freshness reasons.
How to Request a Refund
If your glass bottle arrives damaged, email us immediately with your order number, photos, and delivery details. We will review the claim and process any approved refund within 5-10 business days.
